There was no communication regarding late delivery. I had to call four times to get a human who indicated that the issue was with printer tape. I ended up getting my food but communication would have been appreciated.

Our general tso's and sesame chicken was hard and disgusting. Our fried rice was hard with no flavor. I ordered a diet Pepsi and got Dr. Pepper. The white rice was overcooked. Nothing tasted right. Everything was old!

The rice was mushy. The french fries were undercooked. The sweet and sour chicken pieces were mostly breading and all grease. Even the fortune cookies were stale.

My husband and I ordered extra meat to share an order of sweet and sour chicken. The order was a regular combo size. We called to complain and we were yelled at by the staff that answered.

Service is the key points for coming back. And instructions were followed accurately. Cannot tolerate spicy so substitution of sauce is very important. This change by these customers is most appreciated. And delivery is punctual and these are reasons why we are returning customers and ordering online is convenient. Thanks again.
